What this is & what this isn't
This is an education-based program. It's not therapy, and it's not meant to replace therapy. It’s designed to fit alongside and support what already helps you, including therapy, peer community, coaching, and personal tools or routines. It can help you integrate those pieces into a system that keeps supporting you over time. Healing can fade when it isn't woven into who you are and what matters to you. This program helps you embed what you’re learning into how you live.

4C Foundations is for the part of you that starts believing you’re the problem, and gently reinforces the opposite; you're the solution. If you’re tired of fighting yourself, you’re not alone. When substances, compulsions, or repeating patterns take over, it’s easy to turn on yourself. This course is about building safety so change can actually take root. The goal is to help you be able to say: "I understand my needs without shaming myself" "I have language for my experience" "I know where I'm oriented and want to go, but without pressure to act before I feel ready"

Why order matters - start with Compassion. Without compassion, self-rejection sabotages everything.

A Master’s-level therapist, a Registered Clinical Counsellor, and a member of the BCACC. Bill designs and delivers group and individual therapy programs in BC, and brings years of experience supporting people navigating substance use, compulsions, and rebuilding after major change.
Morgan Davies, COC
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Certificate in Organizational Coaching. She brings operations, strategy, and coaching support to help turn insight into real-world integration and follow-through.
